While researching sparklers for the wedding, I've found that they range from $0.41/sparkler to $0.77/sparkler. Now, that seems really small, but add that times 200 and you have a difference of $82 versus $154. I'm sorry, but I know in the grand scheme of wedding budgets, that is super small, but it strikes me as odd that these people stay in business who charge twice as much as others for a freaking sparkler. I'm guessing that many brides just don't care and purchase whatever they find that's available, and that's what keeps these companies in business. Me, I'd rather have that $72 difference to spend on something else. Like, I don't know --- another case beer to go around! That should make the lighting of fireworks more interesting ;)

What if, instead of any sparklers at all, you bought more beers. Then everyone shakes one up and pops it open and we spray you guys like you just won the pennant?
Haha --- and waste the alcohol????
fun idea...! And isn't this just so true of the wedding industry? Anything they CAN charge you more for they WILL. Ugh!
Yeah -- I figure we pretty much have to have fireworks since it's Guy Fawkes! Here's hoping it doesn't rain! :)
And yeah the whole wedding industry thing is obnoxious.
